Return policy

You can easily return goods bought from us within 14 days.

According to the current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our shop are handled by a very simple return wizard.

It is easy to return goods to our shop: you choose the goods to be returned or which you want to complain about, fill in the electronic return form, print the form to attach to the shipment and order any courier.

Adding a return has been reduced to six simple steps in the return wizard. The wizard will automatically generate a label for you, which you only need to print out. This way, you don't waste time filling out any documents manually!

2 Place the packaged goods in a box with the return note and seal it properly. Order a courier and send the package

3 Refund You will receive a refund up to 14 days after we have received the return.

Details of the steps for transferring the refund:

Log in to your account and then select the item you would like to return in the returns panel;
In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the option “I will send it myself and pay for the shipment myself” or “I will deliver it personally to one of the return service points” and choose the form in which you want to receive the refund;
Generate the return documents, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;
Place the packaged goods together with the return document in a shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the goods.
We will refund you in the manner chosen during the return process within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

The above procedure does not constitute a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
